Ladies Night is a ladies-only handicap disc golf league in Salt Lake City — all skill levels welcome. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been throwing for years, Ladies Night is a low-pressure place to play, laugh, and improve. We use a handicap scoring system so everyone has a fair shot — from first-timers to seasoned pros.

Join us Tuesday, June 23rd as we celebrate Pride Month at She Throws SLC! Wear your rainbow colors to be eligible for a special Pride-themed CTP prize.

We'll also be collecting donations for SLC Pride. Any donation amount will enter you into a drawing for a special She Throws SLC Pride prize. Can't make league? You can still participate by sending a Venmo donation and noting "SLC Pride" in the payment description.
