Ladies Night is a ladies-only handicap disc golf league in Salt Lake City — all skill levels welcome. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been throwing for years, Ladies Night is a low-pressure place to play, laugh, and improve. We use a handicap scoring system so everyone has a fair shot — from first-timers to seasoned pros.

Our Halloween Costume Night is the last league night of the year, and we’re throwing seriousness out the window. Come in costume, lean into the fun, and enjoy a night of disc golf that’s more about laughs than scores. Let’s end the season playing like kids again.
